Valentine's Day is always full of anticipation for my 4 girls, every year their dad surprises them with little tokens of heartfelt sentiments he creates for each of them, partnered with a sweet chocolate gift. My contribution to my family and friends? Well my cookies of course!

Chinese Themed Baby Shower

A few years ago a good friend of mine was adopting a baby from China, so it was only appropriate to have her baby shower blinged out with Chinese themed decorations. I thought it would be nice to share pictures on Chinese New Year! This year is the year of the RABBIT!

Last year we had a wonderful Chinese New Year dinner to send off some friends for mission work in China, it was intimate but festive. Here are some photos to share!!

My life has been revamped. Here over the last few years, I have lost fifty pounds, had two back surgeries, taken to a more holistic lifestyle, opened up my life with yoga, exercise and organic whole food eating. I became determined in substituting real foods for the typical iconic “not so healthy” things we are used to. Really, I am passionate about it all and feel better than ever.
