Halloween Super Party!

Super FUN Halloween Party this year! My alter ego plays out in full force with an Open House Halloween party for all 4 of my kid's friends, family and neighbors! Healthier Ways To Party

My life has been revamped. Here over the last few years, I have lost fifty pounds, had two back surgeries, taken to a more holistic lifestyle, opened up my life with yoga, exercise and organic whole food eating. I became determined in substituting real foods for the typical iconic “not so healthy” things we are used to. Really, I am passionate about it all and feel better than ever.
